The Pepsi chatbot with visual recognition. A new digital solution that places the consumer in the first place

In 2020, the technology will continue to lead any conversation and sit in the center of people’s lives. In Marcom, it is the most desired part of the brief, part of any important campaign. It is important, however, that technology does not remain just a playful ornament, added in promotion just to please the trend. In their most recent campaigns, Pepsi Romania used the technology to find better solutions to interact with their consumers: a chatbot with visual recognition, which improved people’s experience and reduced unnecessary efforts, both from the participants in the promotion and the company.
